My name is Amy Cowden and I hope you’ll give me the opportunity to show you how far above and beyond I will go for you as your real estate agent. My passion has always been helping others & that is what led me to a career in Real Estate. After having the great honor of staying home & being a full-time mom, the time came to re-enter the working world again. I love working and had spent many years running offices for other companies. When I entered the workforce this time, I wanted to do something that I absolutely loved and felt like I had made a difference in someone’s life, every day. After much prayer and consideration, real estate is where I decided I could help the most people and make the most difference. Buying or selling a home is usually one of the largest investments someone makes in their life. It’s an occasion to be celebrated and treated with the utmost importance. You need to have knowledge of real estate contracts, know the current market conditions in order to make the best decision on the property you purchase, know all the timelines that must be met, know which step of the buying and/or selling process you are in and what to do next, you need to know the best home inspectors, pest inspectors, lenders, title companies, attorney’s, homeowner’s insurance providers & more! That’s where I come in! When I’m helping my clients in the buying or selling process, I handle every detail like I was buying or selling my own home. I take my responsibility to you very seriously and will go to the ends of the earth to make your buying or selling experience as easy and stress-free as possible!
